Five Decades of Industry, Re-Engineered for the Web
Sapel is one of Iran’s most established plastic-packaging manufacturers — nearly fifty years of injection, blow and injection-blow moulding from its plant in the Safadasht Industrial Park, an 85-strong team, and a client list that reaches names like Shell and Castrol. The brand carried decades of hard-earned trust, but its website didn’t reflect the scale or the precision of the operation behind it.
The Challenge
Sapel needed far more than a brochure site. As an export-oriented manufacturer it had to present a deep, technical product range — jerrycans from 4 to 20 litres, bottles, caps and custom closures — online, in a way that international buyers could browse, compare and trust. The site had to be bilingual, fast, and credible enough to sit beside the company’s blue-chip clients.
Our Approach
We built a bilingual (English / Persian) website from the ground up, with a fully filterable products section where every container carries its real specifications — capacity, pallet counts and mould detail. Around it we layered a technical blog to earn organic search, a streamlined price-inquiry flow with WhatsApp hand-off, and clear certification and company-history pages that turn trust into enquiries.
The Result
The new sapelco.com turns half a century of manufacturing into a clean, fast, export-ready website — quick to navigate, honest about the numbers, and built to scale as Sapel’s product range and markets grow.
