MehreSoheila

A cancer-patient charity foundation, given a website that presents its full range of services and remains equally easy to use for patients and donors alike.

A Charity Presented With the Same Care It Gives Its Patients

Mehr Soheila is a cancer-patient charity foundation in Alborz Province — funding treatment and equipment costs, running medical and psychological counselling, and operating its own Cancer Research Center, all under ISO 9001:2015 governance and full financial transparency. The foundation needed a website that could hold everything it does — treatment support, education, research, donation — without becoming confusing to the two very different people who’d land on it: a patient looking for help, and a donor deciding whether to give.

The Challenge

A charity’s website has to do more work than almost any other kind of site — it’s simultaneously a service directory for people in real medical need, a trust document for donors weighing where their money goes, and a public record of governance and research. Cramming all of that onto one homepage, in a way both a worried patient and a first-time donor could navigate without friction, was the real design problem.

Our Approach

We built the site around clear, separate paths for its two audiences — services, eligibility and support information easy to find for patients, and transparent reporting, programmes and donation methods easy to find for donors — supported by dedicated sections for the foundation’s research centre, governance structure and ongoing news. Beyond the website itself, we also build and maintain the foundation’s separate patient-registry platform, a React-and-.NET application used by its research team to record and process patient data for its medical research programme — an ongoing engagement where we keep shipping new features as the research work grows.

The Result

Mehr Soheila now has a public presence that matches the seriousness of its work — accessible to patients who need it, transparent to donors who fund it, and backed by a research registry platform we continue to build alongside them.
