One Inventory, Every Sales Channel
Chaleek runs a well-loved online store for educational games, books, puzzles and toys — a curated catalogue built to spark thinking and play across every age group, from toddlers to teens. Beyond its own storefront, the brand also sells across Iran’s biggest marketplaces, which meant its inventory needed to move like clockwork across every one of them at once.
The Challenge
Chaleek’s in-store accounting system held the real, moment-to-moment truth about stock and pricing — but its online store, and separate seller accounts on Basalam and Torob, plus SnappPay’s checkout, all needed to reflect that same truth without anyone re-entering a single number by hand. A stock mismatch on any one channel means an oversold product and a broken promise to a customer.
Our Approach
We connected the storefront directly to Chaleek’s internal accounting system, so stock levels and pricing update from one single source of truth. On top of that, we built out the integrations the brief called for one by one — Basalam, Torob and SnappPay — so a customer can discover Chaleek on any of them and check out exactly as smoothly as on the site itself.
The Result
Chaleek now runs its accounting, its own storefront, and three external marketplaces off one connected system — no manual reconciliation, no channel left behind, and every one of the shop’s sales points speaking the same numbers at the same time.
