Jooyashop
A lifestyle marketplace for artisanal and gift goods, rebuilt as a true multi-vendor platform — every seller with their own storefront, shipping flow, and sales dashboard.
From Single Store to Multi-Vendor Marketplace
Jooya began as a single online shop for distinctive, artisan-made goods — kitchenware, décor, fashion accessories and curated gift collections spanning everything from Nowruz hampers to corporate gifting. As the catalogue grew, so did the number of independent makers and sellers who wanted a stall inside it, and the platform needed to grow with them.
The Challenge
A single-vendor store can’t carry a marketplace. Jooya needed to open its doors to outside sellers — letting each one list and fulfil their own products, including outsourcing packing and shipping for certain product lines — without turning the storefront into a patchwork of inconsistent listings, or losing the polished, curated feel that set Jooya apart from a generic bazaar.
Our Approach
We re-architected the store around a proper multi-vendor engine: every seller gets an onboarding flow, their own product listings under Jooya’s existing categories, and an independent seller dashboard to manage stock, orders and shipping. From that same dashboard, each vendor can pull real-time sales reports — revenue, order counts and payouts — without needing access to anyone else’s numbers. Corporate and bulk-gifting orders were kept on a dedicated enterprise flow so business clients still get a single point of contact.
The Result
Jooya now runs as a real marketplace: outside sellers onboard, list and ship independently, track their own performance from a private dashboard, and the storefront still reads as one curated shop rather than a directory of vendors.
