A Manufacturer’s Products, Presented and Sold With the Same Care They’re Made

Rainroad formulates and manufactures a full line of professional-grade car-care products — interior cleaners, exterior treatments, specialty gels — under its own brand, sold both to individual car owners and professional car-wash operators. The company needed a website that could do two things at once: present its specially designed product line properly, and give it a real, functioning place to sell.

The Challenge

A manufacturer selling under its own brand has to earn trust twice — once as a maker, and once as a store. The product range spans everything from delicate interior treatments to heavy-duty degreasers, aimed at two different kinds of buyer with two different expectations, and the site needed to introduce Rainroad as a real manufacturer while still functioning as a straightforward place to shop.

Our Approach

We built a catalogue-first storefront that presents each product with the same design attention Rainroad puts into formulating it, organised clearly across interior, exterior and specialty categories, backed by an About/brand section that establishes Rainroad as a manufacturer rather than just another listing. A full account and ordering system sits underneath, built to serve individual buyers and bulk car-wash customers alike.

The Result

Rainroad now has a website that presents its brand and manufacturing story properly while giving its full product line a real online storefront — one platform doing the job of introducing the company and selling what it makes.
